MYFEVER is a rock band based in GA & FL. Their sound is a conglomeration of modern rock with a singer-songwriter heartbeat at the core. Having moved around the south as kids, founding members (& brothers), Weston and Garrett Hine landed in the small coastal town of Panama City, Florida. There, they grew up next Gulf of Mexico cutting their teeth on arena bands such as U2 and The Killers as well as more southern oriented artists such as Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. The band was formed in 2014 after a life-changing concert that left the Hine brothers completely inspired. Early releases yielded collaborations with multiple heavy-weight producers including Jeremy SH Griffith (Johnny Swim, Old Sea Brigade, Underoath), Dan Hannon (Manchester Orchestra, Julien Baker), & Matt Martin (Coin, Faye Webster) to name a few. After a slew of lengthy EP's and single releases MYFEVER narrows their sound with their debut LP release. Nostalgic but fresh, "Escapism" draws listeners in with it's folk-tinged rock beauty. Mixed by Jimmy Mansfield and Paul Rogers (Medium Build, Rainbow Kitten Surprise), it includes co-writes from musical heavy-weights Ben Cramer (Old Sea Brigade) and Henry John Joseph Brill (Sam Fischer, Lily Meola, Devon Gilfillian). Whether it is narrative or cathartic self-pining one seeks, MYFEVER has something for everyone and especially those who are fans of the electric guitar.
