Midday Sons is a solo band in one sense, and a super group in the other. While lead singer and songwriter Dan Dillon is a staple, each album invites members of other popular groups, including 10th Avenue North and Manchester Orchestra - to co-create relevant, inspirational music that doesn't conform to today's script. As a collective, Midday Sons operates under the premise that rock music shouldn't be relegated as a relic of the past. We believe the best stories in music are yet to be told, and that the current generation of artists will stand up against an industry over-run with commercialized, cookie-cutter songs and labels that have consistently chosen profit over substance.
