Refund Policy
At Echo Base, we strive to provide high-quality vinyl records and related services. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at howdy@echobase.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days.
- Custom vinyl pressings have varying production timelines, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping via via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Issues:
- Once an order has been shipped, Echo Base is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Return Policy & Process
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:
- Email howdy@echobase.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard E-Commerce Orders: Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing howdy@echobase.com.
- Custom Manufacturing Orders: Once production has begun on custom vinyl pressings, cancellations are not permitted.
- Subscriptions or Services: If you have a subscription-based service with Echo Base, for instance warehouse services, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial service periods.
