WEBSITEBarnie C. Bills Jr., better known by his stage name SINSAY or Say for short, is a singer, songwriter, and producer originally from Bolivar, Tennessee. His name arose from his willingness to teach others and his love for Japanese Anime and martial arts films. Some claim his music is "sinful, with something to say." As a member of the hip-hop group Trilogy, SINSAY stepped onto the scene in 2002 on Stacked Up Records with their debut album, "Drama Made," where he coproduced several tracks and quickly became known for his catchy hooks and unique sound. This album also featured his first solo song, "Hard Times," a soulful ballad about love and betrayal, which he wrote and produced along with producer Larry(Yella Boy) Harris. He later teamed up with producer Carlito (Kinfolk Boyz) and released his second project, "Here For a Reason," which included songs such as "Yours Got Me" and "1000 Times.” SINSAY is musically influenced by artists and groups such as Brian McKnight, Jodeci, Boyz II Men, New Edition, Lauren Hill, Jamie Foxx, Musiq Soulchild, Jasmine Sullivan, and Neyo, as well as legendary artists such as Prince, Michael Jackson, Smokey Robinson, and James Brown.
